These terms govern your use of FormatFit during the private beta.
The service
FormatFit helps tailor existing resume content and create job-specific cover letters. Generated content is a drafting aid and should be reviewed before use.
Your responsibilities
- Provide only information you are authorized to use.
- Review every generated document for accuracy before submitting it.
- Do not use the service to invent qualifications, impersonate others, violate laws, or interfere with the service.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
Purchases
FormatFit offers one-time credit purchases rather than subscriptions. Prices and the number of included application packages are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
AI-generated content
AI output may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable wording. FormatFit does not guarantee interviews, employment, applicant-tracking-system results, or any other hiring outcome.
Availability
The private beta may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. Features, limits, and prices may be updated before public launch.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormatFit is provided “as is” without warranties, and FormatFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after revised terms are published means you accept the updated terms.
